A 73-year-old widow from Henan province paid her Internet love interest a surprise visit in Liaoning province, only to find he is already happily married.
Liu started chatting online about a year ago, when she came across the man, who told her he was a widower.
Last week, Liu decided to travel to her online lover's hometown in Liaoning province, but the man would not answer her phone calls.
Liu then sought police help to find out more about her lover, who, she was told, is a married man with kids.
