Gold digger seeks divorce over artificial gold gifts

The woman surnamed Jiang, of Lishui county, met Liu in 2005 and fell for him after he lavished her with gold rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets. They got married months later and they had a son in 2007. Recently, Jiang showed off her gifts to some friends who informed her they were artificial gold. A jeweler confirmed they were fake. Thinking Liu had cheated her into the marriage, Jiang filed for divorce. (Modern Express) |
