Chemical leak kills at least 3 in NE China

HARBIN -- Authorities in Qiqihaer City in the northeastern province of Heilongjiang confirmed Friday that at least three people were killed by a chemical leak at about 10:00 am on Thursday.
No further information was immediately available. An investigation is under way.
