Lien Chan arrives for cross-Strait agricultural forum

Chinese Kuomintang (KMT) Honorary Chairman Lien Chan made
a speech as he arrived at Meilan Airport in the capital of Hainan Province on
Monday. Lien is heading a KMT delegation to attend a cross-Strait agricultural
cooperation forum to be held at Boao in the southernmost island province of
