demand Taiwan leader Chen Shui-bian to step down in front of the Chen's
office in Taipei, September 12, 2006, Crowds opposed to Chen Shui-bian began
gathering in central Taipei on Saturday in response to calls for a huge
week-long demonstration aimed at unseating the scandal-plagued leader.
