Ill-tempered man rides bus out of boredom

For two consecutive years, drivers on the Bus No 1 in Jinan have looked after
an elderly passenger who was so bored that he took the bus around every day to
kill time.
Wei, aged 77, had confused thoughts and difficulty getting around in the
aftermath of an illness he suffered last year. Every day his family members had
to accompany him in taking the bus No 1 and getting around. Sometimes the
elderly man would become agitated and lose his temper on the bus for no reason.
For years, the bus drivers have always been patient with the bad-tempered
elderly man and helped his family calm him down.
