Masses mingle as good neighbours become friends

Thousands of residents from 29 residential areas in Hengshui, Hebei Province,
gathered last week to celebrate their first neighbourhood festival.
During the festival, locals spent time talking, visiting each other's homes
or offering free housekeeping services to the disabled.
To further enhance the spirit of good neighbourliness, a series of activities
including games, performances and healthcare courses were held for residents.
