Popular Chinese actress Yao Chen paid a three-day visit to Beirut, capital city of Lebanon, as a goodwill ambassador for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) beginning May 19.
Yao visited refugee families, listened to their stories, talked and worked with them. She recorded the moments she spent with the refugees in words and photos to let more people know about the conditions endured by Syrian refugees and raise awareness of their plight.
