The China Securities Regulatory Commission has strengthened rules on listed companies' commitment implementation with the improvement rate 87 percent, the commission said on Friday.
The special treatment of companies not fulfilling commitment implementation began in February. By the end of June, 309 matters had been solved, and another 47 remained unresolved.
"We will limit the capital market activities of companies not fulfilling commitment implementation based on Chinese laws and regulations," said commission spokesman Zhang Xiaojun.
