China's home prices continued to rise in November as more cities saw price hikes on an annual basis, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Tuesday.

Of China's 70 major cities, 18 saw higher prices last month year-on-year, compared to 12 in October. But the growth rate was capped at 4.7 percent.

On a monthly basis, 35 cities saw higher month-on-month prices, the same as in October. The average change in prices was below 0.9 percent, compared with 0.5 percent for October, the NBS said.
