BEIJING - China's stocks surged at Monday's close, cheered by investors' expectation of government stimulus moves.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index rose 1.19 percent, or 27.81 points, to close at 2,361.37. The Shenzhen Component Index closed up 2.22 percent, or 219.14 points, to finish at 10,104.1.
