Singapore-based Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd is selling about $1.2 billion worth of shares in both Bank of China Ltd and China Construction Bank Corp in Hong Kong, according to term sheets obtained by Bloomberg News.
The Temasek unit Fullerton Financial Holdings Pte is selling about $1.2 billion in Bank of China shares at HK$3.13 (40 US cents) to HK$3.18 apiece, the terms show. The sale is at a discount of 2.5 to 4 percent compared with the bank's closing price on Wednesday.
