China Resources Land Ltd said it had issued $250 million worth of 4.625 percent senior notes due in 2016, Reuters reported Thursday.

In a filing with the Hong Kong bourse, the Chinese property developer said proceeds from the notes would be used to finance existing and new projects and for working capital.
