Hong Kong stocks close 0.29% higher

HONG KONG -- Hong Kong stocks gained 66.25 points, or 0.29 percent, to close at 23,184.32 on Monday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 23,086.05 and 23, 257.85. Turnover totaled HK$50.40 billion ($6.48 billion).
