HONG KONG - Hong Kong stocks fell 12.95 points, or 0.05 percent, to close at 23,788.83 on Tuesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 23,769.46 and 23,999.11. Turnover totaled HK$62.73 billion ($8.05 billion ).
