The ChiNext Index, China's start-up board for small and medium-sized enterprises to raise capital, rebounded Thursday.

Twenty-six out of 28 stocks climbed after 27 stocks rose Wednesday, 20 stocks dived on Tuesday and 25 stocks went down on Monday.

The board, based in Shenzhen and started trading on Oct 30, 2009, is tailored to the needs of enterprises engaged in independent innovation and other enterprises with great growth potential.
