Beer boost in 2007

Barclays Bank said yesterday that China's beer and
supermarkets, benefiting from rising consumption, will be the most attractive
investment sectors in 2007.
"The consumer sector, together with the alternative energy industry, financial services and container shipping business will have large investment opportunities in the 2007 stock market," the bank said in its Asian Investment Theme report.
