The 16th Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium was open at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on Nov 5, 2012.
Officials from Beijing and Hong Kong pledged to make renewed efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two cities in areas such as finance, services, culture and innovation.
The two-day event concluded on Nov 6, 2012.
