Gujing Distillery profits up 201.57% in H1

Anhui Gujing Distillery reported revenue of 856 million yuan in the first half of 2010 on Friday in its interim report.
The company's total revenue jumped 21.42 percent form a year earlier.
The report also said the firm's net profit for the first six month increased by 201.57 percent, to 107 million yuan.
In addition, the earnings per share rose 206.67 percent, to 0.46 yuan.
The company attributed the net profit surge in the first half to the fast growth of its operating revenue, especially the sales revenue of high-end drinks, which rose over 150 percent year-on-year.
