Prysmian takes over Tianjin Angel's cable business

Prysmian Cables & Systems, a major firm in the energy and
telecommunications cables and systems industry, has completed its acquisition of
Tianjin Angel Group Co's cable business.
The acquisition represents a significant step forward in Prysmian's expansion
strategy in China. The company aims to double its current turnover of 995
million yuan (US$124.4 million) and becomes the leader in China's special cables
market.
