Agriculture: Farmers to get certificate

Farmers in Panzhihua, Sichuan Province, now have easy access to agricultural
expertise without having to leave the village, as teachers from the city's
technical secondary school for agricultural knowledge popularization visited
their homes to offer training courses.
Upon graduation, these student
farmers will receive a certificate of secondary learning.
In the class of
corn production in Xigeda Village of Hongge Township, female farmers account for
more than 50 per cent of the total 52 students.
