This is not an ordinary cultural relics exhibition. It immerses visitors through all five senses, offering an experience that goes far beyond simple viewings.
The exhibition's six major themes – the circulation of ingredients, mutual learning of culinary techniques, shared eating culture, taste memories, the transmission of values, and contemporary echoes – tell the story of how Guizhou people live off the land and express their wisdom through food.
If coming to Guizhou to escape the summer heat, be sure to experience this "feast in the mountains", uncover the stories behind Guizhou's flavors, and enjoy a poetic blend of cool refreshment and local culinary traditions.
Exhibition dates: May 1–July 31 (The museum is closed on Mondays)
Venue: Hall C, 4th Floor, Guizhou Ethnic Museum
Transportation: Metro Line 1 to Hebin Park Station. Take Exit A and walk approximately 576 meters. Alternatively, take a bus to the Jiandao Street Intersection Stop, then walk about 30 meters.
