Irish travel blogger Luke O'Farrell and his British partner Alexander Short were among the foreign visitors who recently explored Hengzhou in the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, known as the "world capital of jasmine".
Boasting pleasant weather and fertile land, the area is home to expansive fields of jasmine crops. O'Farrell and Short learned from local farmers how to harvest the flowers across the vast fields and watched every processing step on factory production lines.
