BluePai, a two-wheeler mobility service arm of Hello, is expanding its overseas footprint by providing technology-enabled services and operational support to global partners, reflecting a broader shift among Chinese two-wheeler companies from hardware exports to solution-based global expansion.

The company showcased its overseas service solutions at the recently concluded 2026 China International Bicycle Fair, attracting visitors from more than 50 countries and potential clients from 37 countries, according to the company.

The interest underscored a broader shift in China's two-wheeler mobility industry, as companies move away from a reliance on vehicle exports and price competition toward service-oriented overseas expansion.

China's two-wheeler mobility industry accounts for more than 90 percent of the global supply chain, according to the company. But overseas expansion still faces challenges including policy compliance, product adaptation, maintenance costs and local market penetration.

BluePai said it aims to provide full-chain support covering technology, operations and compliance. Its services include smart hardware adaptation, IoT and data compliance, AI-assisted dispatching, digital operation and maintenance, transaction management and localized landing support.

The company said its hardware modules, including intelligent controllers, battery management systems and smart locks, can be adapted to certification requirements in different overseas markets. Its digital systems are designed for scenarios such as shared mobility, scenario-based leasing and battery swapping.

"China's two-wheeler industry has entered a new phase of global expansion where technology prevails," said Feng Yongjie, vice-president of BluePai. "BluePai aims to turn China's mature intelligent mobility technologies and operating experience into replicable and profitable solutions for global partners."

The company said it will continue to improve its overseas service system and expand in markets including Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
