Two students killed, 14 injured in Guizhou traffic accident

Local authorities said a driver had been taken into custody after a traffic accident in Hezhang county, Guizhou province, killed two students and injured 14 others.
According to the county government, the 49-year-old driver, surnamed Zhang, was driving his vehicle with more passengers than permitted when it struck a large truck parked by the roadside at about 7 am Monday.
Testing has ruled out the possibility of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
