Eyeing the fast-growing outdoor mobility market, NAVEE, a domestic smart mobility company, has unveiled a comprehensive intelligent outdoor ecosystem, expanding beyond short-distance transportation to cover water, land, and low-altitude scenarios.

According to a recent report by QYResearch, the global outdoor camping equipment market is expected to reach $1.354 billion by 2032, with a compound annual growth rate of 6.5 percent in the coming years.

Against this backdrop, the Chinese mobility tech company recently announced its transition from a single-category mobility brand to a multi-scenario intelligent outdoor mobility platform.

Among its latest offerings are a personal consumer-grade watercraft and a new energy towable RV. The NAVEE eVTOL WaveFly 5X, unveiled at the recent AWE exhibition, adopts a ground-effect flight principle, enabling low-altitude flight above water, surface gliding, and floating docking. It has a cruising speed of 30 km/h, a top speed of 85 km/h, and a maximum flight height of 1.2 meters. Equipped with a modular swappable battery system, the device allows users to replace batteries within three minutes, extending total operating time to up to 140 minutes.

NAVEE also introduced an ultra-light, low-altitude aircraft, the eVTOL Karting 5, described as a "flying kart". Designed for single-person use, the product integrates high performance and simplified operation, with a lightweight, electric, and modular design. Weighing just 73.6 kilograms, it features a high-modulus carbon fiber cockpit and a redundant flight control system capable of switching to backup channels within milliseconds, aiming to make low-altitude flight more accessible to consumers.

Additionally, the company also showcased a range of products, including the NEXUS new energy towable RV, new electric scooters, and e-bikes, as well as smart luggage solutions.

The Chinese firm also announced cooperation with Microsoft to collaborate on deploying AI large language models and cloud computing technologies based on Azure. The partnership will support the integration of AI agents across NAVEE's mobility ecosystem, enabling capabilities such as voice interaction, device connectivity, energy management, and remote diagnostics.

"The collaboration with Microsoft marks an important step in integrating advanced digital technologies into future mobility experiences," Wang Ying, CEO of NAVEE, said.
