As the 2026 Year of the Horse approaches, Shanghai's Jing'an district has launched a series of Spring Festival activities to promote the integration of culture, tourism and commerce.
Zhangyuan, a historic site in the district, kicked off a haipai (Shanghai-style) Spring Festival garden fair on Sunday, transforming the century-old shikumen complex into a vibrant cultural venue.
