China's top legislature schedules session for Wednesday

BEIJING -- The Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, will hold its 20th session in Beijing on Wednesday.
This decision was made on Monday during a meeting of the Council of Chairpersons of the NPC Standing Committee, which was presided over by Zhao Leji, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.
According to the proposed session agenda, the lawmakers will review a report on NPC deputy qualifications.
