Kicking off on Sept 5, the league ran for nearly three months, progressing through group stages, knockout rounds and the final, igniting a wave of football enthusiasm throughout the northeastern province.
Beyond the pitch, the "Liaochao" sports, tourism and culture carnival featured a diverse range of local delicacies from across the province, alongside displays of regional specialty products and cultural and creative merchandise.
