Artificial intelligence and cyberattacks are accelerating the pace of conflicts, raising concerns about countries adopting "proactive defense" strategies.
Lora Saalman, a senior researcher at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute in Sweden, made the remarks during an interview on the sidelines of the Beijing Xiangshan Forum.
