Communist Youth League of China has about 75.32m members

The Communist Youth League of China said on Saturday that it had 75.32 million members nationwide as of the end of December, with nearly 4.4 million grassroots organizations across the country.
According to data released by the Central Committee of the CYLC, 6.42 million new members were admitted in 2024 alone.
Described as the Communist Party of China's assistant and reserve force, CYLC plays a key role in nurturing future leaders and mobilizing young support for the Party.
Data shows that there were approximately 2 million CYLC organizations at schools last year, with around 38.5 million members, while 897,000 organizations and 6.8 million members were linked to enterprises.
