Francois Maurice Amman, the co-founder and co-president of Aden Group, encourages all expatriates to personally explore China and experience Shanghai, a city he has called home for 27 years. In Shanghai, Amman has seen the group grow from a small team to a nationwide workforce of 20,000 employees, witnessing its rapid growth in the Chinese market. Upon receiving the 2024 Shanghai Magnolia Silver Award, he said it is a tremendous honor and encouragement not only for himself but for the entire company.
