Joseph Ma Ching-yuen, an urban planner from Hong Kong and adviser to the CEO of the Saudi Public Transport Company, said on Feb 5 in an exclusive interview with China Daily Hong Kong in Riyadh that the visit of the delegation led by Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee will create a platform for Saudi Arabia, the Hong Kong SAR and the Chinese mainland to collaborate more extensively.
