Lawyers have to learn the Civil Code first, and then explain it to people with methods that can be easily accepted, such as on a case-by-case approach. Only in this way, the code, regarded as an encyclopedia of social activities and a key legal instrument to protect people's civil rights, can truly affect the lives and work of residents. All lawyers nationwide should shoulder the responsibility of explaining the code, helping the law to be accurately applied to uphold justice in each civil case.
