Wang Hesheng appointed as new official for Hubei province

Wang Hesheng, the incumbent vice-minister of the National Health Commission, has been appointed a standing committee member of CPC Hubei Provincial Committee.
The appointment was announced by the Communist Party of China Central Committee on Saturday.
Wang has been the deputy head of the country's top health authority since 2016, and now takes charge of healthcare reform, medical administration and primary health, according to the official website of the National Health Commission.
