Festive fare at Bulgari Hotel

For the coming festive season of family reunion, the Bulgari Hotel Beijing is launching a Chinese-dinner set menu in its specialty suites until Feb 28. Highlights include crispy suckling pig, and stir-fried Boston lobster with ginger and leeks. Both are delicious and filled with propitious meaning. The porcine-shaped white-chocolate mousse is a sweet finish to celebrate the upcoming Year of the Pig.
