The Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) published its 2015 list of top schools recently. The rankings measure the quality of education and training of students, as well as the prestige of the faculty members.

American universities continue to be dominant at the top, comprising 15 of the top 20 schools on the rankings list. Two Ivy League schools - Dartmouth College and Brown University - did not appear in the top 20. 

1.Harvard University: Cambridge, Massachusetts, in the United States. Founded in 1636. More than 21,000 students enrolled as of last year. So far, eight US presidents and more than 100 Nobel Prizewinners studied at this university.
